Annual Contributions

Industrial Member

Each December an email is sent out to the plant managers or designed contacts to obtain the industrial employee counts.  That information is then sent back to Deer Park LEPC so the annual contribution invoices can be created.  Invoices will be sent out at the end of January or early February.  

If you did not receive your email in December, you can download the Industrial Employee Count form here to complete.  The form has the return information listed.

Your invoice will be accompanied by a letter and a copy of the adopted budget.  If you have specific payable procedures, please reach out to us and let us know.  

We accept the following forms of payment:  

• Credit cards (with a 3.5% transaction fee charge due to processing costs with Square)
• ACH 
• Corporate check

Our allocation formula that has been utilized for the last several years has been continued for 2026 with the City of Deer Park contributing $5,000, and the balance split in half with half being shared by member industries for a base rate and half being funded based on the number of industry employees for an employee rate.   Your invoice will reflect the total amount due. 

Associate Member:

If your company falls under Associate Member as a Service Provider so your contribution is $500 annually.  You will just receive an invoice in January/February for payment.
