November 11, 2018 marks the 100th anniversary of the end of World War I. Professor Paul McCree, a professor of history at San Jacinto College, will look at the uniforms and equipment of United States forces in the Great War. It will show the realistic conditions of the trenches and how this impacted the veterans. He will have several artifacts from the war to view and will discuss the positives and negatives of the equipment in the cold wet mud of Europe.
