Deer Park has two large developments that were recently constructed, both being large logistic/distribution facilities. The first is Underwood Port Logistics Center at 4600 Underwood. This 404,160 sq. ft. distribution center. The second development is Victory Commerce Center at 2851 E. Pasadena Blvd. Crow Holdings developed this 350,000 sq. ft. distribution center which just completed in April 2019. Both developments are located in Deer Park, which is situated between the ports and ship channel. Both projects will bring many new companies and jobs to our area.
