Deer Park has two large developments under construction, both being large logistic/distribution facilities. The first is Underwood Port Logistics Center at 4600 Underwood. This 404,160 sq. ft. distribution center is being built ‘spec’ and is projected to be finished in March 2019. The second development is Victory Commerce Center at 2851 E. Pasadena Blvd. Crow Holdings is developing this 350,000 sq. ft. distribtuion center and it is expected to be completed by first quarte 2019.
recently purchased the property because it was zoned “light industrial” and situatied between the ports and ship channel. They are now constructing Victory Commerce Center , a 350,000 sq. ft. distribution center. The development is being built ‘spec’, which means they do not currently have the space pre-leased, but are confident that businesses will quickly want to occupy the building upon its completion. This project will bring many new companies and jobs to our city. Look for the project to be finished in the first quarter of 2019.
