Credeur’s Cajun Cookin’ recently relocated from their Pasadena location to 6915 Spencer Highway, near the corner of Spencer and Glenwood Drive. Owner Barry Credeur is originally from Lake Charles, LA. He and his wife, Tracy, started the restaurant with the goal of providing the best and most authentic Cajun cuisine, and they have succeeded. Everything is made fresh each morning, served cafeteria-style until the food is gone. Stop by soon and enjoy crawfish etoufee, shrimp creole, fried shrimp, smothered porksteaks and much more, but be sure to get there early while the food lasts. They currently serve lunch Monday through Friday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. During crawfish season, however, they will be open on Saturdays from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm with a crawfish boil and live music out on the patio.
