Deer Park’s own CBIC Construction & Development is partnering with Colorado-based Hensel Phelps Construction Co. to be the lead construction contractor for Southwest Airlines’ new Hobby International Terminal. The $156 million project will break ground by the end of September and should be up and running by 2015.
