The Kake Chick Bakery has opened at 4914 Luella Ave. ( near the intersection of Luella and Spencer Hwy.) Look for delicious gluten-free treats, custom and ready-made cakes, brownies cookies and more. Owner Ruby Rodriquez also has ready-made semi-custom cakes, so you can just run in and get her to write something on the top (and still get her awesome home-made buttercream icing, which is so much better than grocery store icing).
