The owners of Gina’s Italian franchise decided to make a switch with their location at 3811 Center Street. The former Gina’s location will soon become Lone Star Taco Company, serving authentic regional Mexican tacos, burritos, salads and sides. Their dishes are made with fresh ingredients and given great names like the Willie, the Waylon, and the William Travis.
