The City of Deer Park, Parks and Recreation Department would like to announce the Dedication of the playground at Dow Park on January 21, 2014 at 5:00pm. The new playground will feature 2 different play areas specifically designed to accommodate different ages. The 5-12 year old area will feature the "Wilderness Hideout" play structure which includes a variety of slides, rocking climbing wall, the aeroglider, log crawl tubes, and an ADA accessible ramp and transfer station. The 2-5 year old area will feature the "Activio Bambino" structure that has 2 slides and multiple play panels. The best part of the 2-5 year old structure is that is protected but a new shade structure. We look forward to dedicating the new playground in Dow Park and look forward to seeing you there.
