Victory Commerce Center at 2851 E. Pasadena Blvd. (between East Blvd. and Underwood Rd.) was constructed last year by Crow Holdings. The 350,000 sq. ft. distribution center has now landed a tenant, who has leased the entire building space. Cadeco Industries, Inc. was formerly located in Pasadena, but has now moved their entire sugar division to Victory Commerce Center. Cadeco imports organic sugar and agave nectar from all over the world, re-packages these into several different brands of granulated and liquid sweetners, and then ships these products out to distributors throughout the United States and globally.
