The 2018 Gulf Coast Reads title is Bluebird Bluebird, by Attica Locke. It is a contemporary mystery set in East Texas featuring Darren Matthews, a black Texas Ranger who goes home to investigate two murders. The library will host a book discussion on Tuesday, October 8, 2018, at 6 PM as part of the Mysteries and More Book Club.
